The initial process and consultation with Aquib was great. Most of the other consultations with other providers were only 30 minutes, our first one was over an hour and we went over ever detail, down to the hardware they use on the roof to mount the panels. I appreciate thay level of detail and transparency. Also they gave me more info on the purchasing options than others. I was being led into PPA by others which I didnt know puts a Lein on your property - wasnt mentioned to me by others. Aquib was available for all my questions and helped me feel like I made the right choice for our situation. Just started the process but I feel like we are in good hands.

The sales and marketing from Integrated Energy was done well. They provided me with a honest reference, which I appreciated. The installation which was contracted out was professional, but one panel didn't work and it took quite a while for it to be repaired. I believe there was a time crunch at the end of 2025 so understandable. Since we first contracted for the solar panels, there has been lots of staff changes, and it seems that the office crew is totally different from last fall, when we started this process. I believe it was staff inexperience that led to a mistake on a Delaware rebate form, which was discovered and reported to be by a Delaware state employee. I don't get a sense that the experience level of the staff is quite what I thought, though things have worked out. We are very pleased with the results and seeing how well the system works.

I found IHE through EnergySage after I had already contacted several companies that I had found via a resource from PECO (our electric company). Aquib was my first point of contact at IHE and was extraordinarily helpful in designing my system. He proposed the design and then spent hours answering all of my questions (I previously had little to know understanding of the technology or components). We then worked together to modify the design based on some of my concerns and questions. And then when it was time to sign the contract, IHE even changed some of the contract provisions that I asked them to revise to provide comfort around the timeline. We have not gone through the install and approval process yet, but of the companies I contacted to help design our system, they gave me the most attention and seemed to come up with the best design. **UPDATE: It has been half a year now and the solar panels work great! With the enphase app you can see exactly how much energy you use and how much you produce and they have been covering all of the electricity that we use. With the battery system you can use the panels and battery during peak times (when the grid electricity costs the most) and recharge through the panels or grid off peak hours. Aquib and Jaazba were very detailed and thorough. They new what was important and pricing was reasonable.

I am writing this preliminary review to highlight our great experience with Integrated Home Energy’s sales process with Aquib and Jazba. Aquib has been a pleasure to work with—he’s incredibly communicative, fast to respond, and really knows his stuff. The journey so far has been seamless. We are now waiting on the installation phase and look forward to dropping a follow-up update here once the panels are on the roof!
