Aquib was very patient. He was able to answer very routine questions to clearly explaining fairly complicated technical issues. His forthright answers and his going the extra mile to advocate on my behalf gave me the confidence and comfort to move forward on choosing Integrated Home as my installer.

The team of Integrated Home Energy is very professional and acknowledgeable. During two meetings, consultant gave us very detailed introduction to their production, procedure , safety and their team's qualification. After all of that, we did our own research and made our decision to hire Integrated Home Energy.

Aquib and the others were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to understand my needs and take my inout during the process. We were very much looking forward to our new system with battery and were pleased with the price negotiated but unfortunately we had to delay for a while as our home needed some significant repairs (roof and chimney related). They were very gracious when we needed to cancel (as you would hope for in a company you will have a relationship with for decades) and that made us even more confident we made the correct decision in choosing them to partner with.

Recently, IHE installed solar panels and I was very impressed with their service. I can confidently say that their teamwork and service level are at par with any multi-national solar installation company. Aquib's pre-sale efforts are top-notch. He is very thorough and professional, which is why I signed this project with IHE. I had a lot of doubts when signing up, but Aquib handled it well. Even though we had a minor hiccup during the middle of the project, Gayle handled it well by keeping me informed of the status. My system has not yet been inspected by PECO, but I am positive that the work performed by James and his team will not have any issues. Excellent teamwork. I hope this will meet our energy needs.

The consultation and quote experience was excellent with Integrated Home Energy. Aquib was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the solar installation process. From solar panels and inverters to the racks and mounts for fixing to the roof , we were confident that the project would be leak proof (a big concern with a new roof) and meet our energy needs. We are in the permitting process at this time and the project management has been active in informing us of the progress of our project.
