From my first meeting with Wendy (Sales) and Edgar (Engineering) until my panels were activated, 15 lightyears kept me informed during every step of the process. Not to mention the extremely fair price for a high-quality solar system that includes a 30 year transferable labor and material warranty for not only the solar panels but also for roof leaks. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Jason and his crew who installed the panels - extremely knowledgeable and willingly made some minor field adjustments upon my request. I chose 15 lightyears after meeting with several other solar panel companies, including Tesla who offers lowest price but not near the high-quality system and warranty. Not surprising my utility company, OUC, lists them as a preferred solar provider. Our business has been transitioning to a greener office. Having explored solar options in the past, and being subsequently disappointed with the projected payout, installation time, and/or customer service with other companies, we put this plan on a back burner. From the start to the finish, 15LY staff provided exceptional service at a fair cost and delivered a high-quality solar PV array that exceeded the estimated performance. I also appreciate the work 15LY does in the community by supporting nonprofits and community-based organizations that are advancing sustainability and clean energy projects in various ways. Of all the solar companies I contacted they were the most professional and knowledgeable by far! Very impressed and will be going with them for full solar on my roof. I also like that it’s female owned!
