Phenix Pro Solar

I'll start with the caveat that we didn't select Phenix for our home solar project. This review is based on extensive convos with them throughout my evaluation of 8 solar companies. Phenix quickly differentiated themselves from most other solar companies based on their communication. I worked with Hassan who was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and forthcoming when he needed to consult with other team members about certain questions. He was persistent without being pushy, which is something I really value from a sales rep. Sergio, Phenix' Director of Operations, got directly involved when our convos progressed to advanced stages. I appreciated his hands-on approach in answering my higher-level questions re: Phenix' company structure. The information he gave allowed me to perform additional research and make a few reference calls to other companies with whom they've worked, all of whom had glowing things to say about Phenix' service, communication, and attention to detail. Hassan and Sergio gave me true confidence that Phenix would have been a great partner for our project. We ultimately selected another company that has a longer track record and more established reputation. Although the other company was notably pricier, they reduced their overall cost more significantly than I anticipated. Had they not been as accommodating, I would have been very comfortable choosing Phenix. Phenix is a great company with good people who will take care of you. They proved themselves ahead of most other companies I RFP'd, both in terms of service and cost. Their service was equivalent to the company I selected which speaks volumes to their value prop. Anyone looking to go solar in the area should strongly consider them.

In 2018, I opted for a system installation by Phenix, and recently encountered some issues with the micro inverters and Enphase monitoring. Upon reaching out to Serigo, I was impressed by the prompt response from his operations team. They quickly assigned a technical expert to troubleshoot remotely, but upon diagnosis, it was determined that a faulty inverter needed replacement. Without delay, a team was dispatched, and the issue was rectified in a timely manner. Our experience with Phenix back in 2018 was excellent, and this recent encounter only reaffirms our confidence in them. They have proven to be reliable and true to their word, delivering on their promise of exceptional after-sales service. We're delighted to recommend Phenix for anyone considering going solar.

Phenix did an outstanding job with the installation. Serigo was consistently responsive whenever I reached out, and they efficiently handled all the permits and SRECs registration. I've received the PTO from PECO and am thrilled to see the system running smoothly as promised.

Sergio and his team at Phenix Pro Solar delivered an exceptional installation experience. They remained responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, despite delays caused by the utility. I particularly appreciated their offer of REC products and the thoughtful addition of Critter guards at no extra cost. Hassam is a very professional person. I had many questions and he answer all of it, he even give me a better price for solar and roof replacement compared to other company. Me and my wife decided not to get solar this time but we are looking forward to work with phenix pro solar in the near future.

Hassan Ahmad is a patient and knowledgeable salesman. I asked dozens of questions and he provided excellent responses each time. He changed the type of panel, based on my request, and then Phenix provided the best price. I ended up going with a company that was closer to my home and that has been in business longer. But, if I lived closer to one of their offices, I would have chosen them.
