Quoting and installation was great but then ghosted right at the process of getting connected to the grid. Don’t have the details to get everything moving forward including my Enphase account.

Not clear exactly what happened, the sales portion of the project was great. Things started to fall apart at the installation. The stumbled through it and completed the installation in September. Then I had to chase them through inspection in October. Then kept following up into November to get the energization complete. But once I signed the Certificate of Completion required to get the approval to energize, that was it. They got their payment from Mosaic and then ghosted. I couldn't get directions on how to turn it on, they didn't do any startup of the Enphase combiner or the monitor. I know its generating power, but don't know if it is producing to the expected level. I'm engaging a local solar vendor to come start up the system for an additional fee and help me navigate whether I have a warranty or not.

First of all the company has been amazing to work with from quoting, to permitting,and the inital install. Everything went well until they got paid by Mosaic - then they started ghosting me. My system is not commissioned and only half of the panels are producing electricity. I can't get anyone to return my calls or commit to finishing the job. It looks like I'm going to be on the hook to pay another contractor to finish the job. This was very disappointing because they were so stellar up until this point.

Avoid this company. They failed to complete the installation leaving me struggling to find another company to finish the project. So far I am still not connected to the grid. I'm out $23000. Don't make the same mistake I made! When I chose them they were listed on Energy Sage as an Elite installer. I see they are no longer in Energy Sage's network. Probably a good thing. Energy Sage is great but do your own homework.

Hassan was very helpful and informative. The process felt overwhelming but but the transparency and ease of analyzing the data helped make me feel more comfortable with my decision.

I have been contacted by Haasan a month back and He is very knowledgeable and very responsive person. I never felt even 0.1% of sale pressure during my whole journey. They are offer industry leading solar panels with great prices and additional to it they provide complementory critter gaurd.
