Poly Energy

Absolutely terrible. My system is 2 yrs old and hasn't worked in over a year. Have called every month. Techs come without anything they need. Every one blames it on something else. Been waiting on management to call me for weeks this past try. Meanwhile still paying power bill and solar panel payment. Never use these clowns. Wish I could rate zero!

A few months ago I had Mike approach me for multiple things including help with a review, and a referral. He had asked me how I was feeling with my solar and I told him it was still not producing what it should and I still have an overall bill and he made me a million promises to make it right. Well MONTHS later and multiple proof of messages I have yet to receive the referral reimbursement or for him to make good on any promises it's always "I will find out more and reach out tomorrow" and he never reaches back out. He destroyed a really good relationship Marvin had built over the years. Would not trust this company anymore. And again I still have a significant energy bill.

It wasn’t installed per the drawings. Had to get a lawyer for them to fix it. Then when my power went out the battery back up didn’t come on. When he came out to fix that he realized one of panels wasn’t putting power on the grid because of a faulty box. You would have thought they would test that before turnover. The critical loads are still not what I asked for and they don’t answer my calls or emails.

Recieved my solar panels back in 2019, the rep Marvin was always super accommodating during the process and responsive to any questions/concerns. They regularly check in to see how the system is and if there's anything needed. System only took a day to install and required no inconveniences on our end (the homeowners). I've had issues with my electric company but Polyenergy has always made it their best effort to work with my electric company and resolve issues. I think that says a lot about a company because they could have just had me sign the contract, install the unit and be done but they really do have genuine staff that cares.

I have had solar panels 2 years now Poly energy did a great job installing. No mess. My electric bills are $14 per month and that is for the street lamp beside our house! I highly recommend this company!
