From the first phone call, NYSSF was a pleasure to work with. They did every single thing during the whole process that they said they would do. Their professionalism throughout is what any client will be thankful for. I am really happy to have worked with them.

They made the processes easy every step of the way and were willing to work on a few iterations of the project to get it just right. I was happy with the upfront work to confirm the installation so that the installation was mostly hands off. System was a clean install and the crew worked fast (<5 hours for a 7.5kW system). Would recommended to friends and neighbors in the area.

Gabby and the team at NYSSF were amazing. Answered all of our questions and explored many different options for adding-on to our existing system. The design, planning, and permitting processes were painless, and the install was done quickly (1 day), carefully, and thoroughly. We’re planning to do another expansion soon and will definitely use them again!

I am very pleased with the system that I had installed from New York State Solar Farm. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Any questions I had were answered. Gabby was very professional and very responsive to my questions. Has not been quite a year yet and so far so good. The only thing is the timing of everything does not go exactly as planned. The town permit, national grid and electrical inspector took longer than expected. Even though some of the time issues are out of there control I think it could be better explained. Definitely allow longer due to these uncontrollable delays. I wish they offered a class/training on the system and understanding you new electrical bill. They do try to answer everything quickly just wish it was all packaged with the system. All in all I am very satisfied. They respond immediately to all my questions and the system is performing as expected.
