What You Need to Know
Description:
This is a Shade Structure and Roof Mount combo system. Home owner did not want any solar exposed at the front of the residence.
Other Benefits:
This design build also created a new shade structure at the location for parking vehicles.
Maintenance Requirements:
Very little maintenance required. Occasional wipe downs to keep it shiny.
My Motivation:
Cost of energy was very high! Living in the Central Valley requires use of air conditioning and it comes with a premium price tag. Also wanted to reduce our carbon footprint.
