This has been a terrible experience for me. Everybody is still blaming covid for everything. I do not even want to talk about it anymore. I am happy with the quality of Enphase equipment but I don't even want to talk about the installation process.

I had Golden State Power add nine more panels to my existing system in June 2019. They installed panels on time at a fair price. GPS did contact me before, during and after install to keep me informed and updated. In Feb 2020 I had an optimizer go bad (existing system that was installed 3 years ago). GPS replaced at no charge to me. Great company!
When I started work with them, all my questions were answered. Darren made sure that I understood all aspects of what was going to be happening. I would recommend golden state power, any time. We absolutely loved our experience with GSP! We purchased a new home during the summer last year, and with the 100 degree+ summer, our first PGE bill was ridiculously high. We had a few friends who had purchased solar through GSP and raved about it and decided to make the switch! Tommy, our sales rep, was super attentive and made our end of the process seamless. Pricing was extremely affordable, in comparison, we’ve had several friends and family members who have installed their solar with big national solar companies and are paying twice what we are, many of whom are on a lease. GSP’s excellent warranty was also a big plus for us. We are happy to support a local company, and it is so great to be able to call with any questions and get a real person on the line. GSP also constantly monitors our system, and provides a handy app where you can monitor your solar production (which my tech nerd husband loves!) Overall, we are so happy to be paying a small fraction of what we were for our energy and would highly recommend GSP!
