Although I prepaid 4 mos. in advance with insurance included for each month, they kept billing for insurance with late fees. Then they threw in 'property taxes' which I have never had to deal with when RENTING equipment. Our bad for not reading the fine print in the contract. Got that settled but yet still billing me for insurance that is already paid. It is now July and I am still dealing with this. I guess their basic accounting can't handle you paying more than one month at a time. Hold music is AWFUL--sounds like an old cassette tape player that is on its last leg with the same repetitive NOISE (not music by anyone's standards). I was on HOLD for LONG time, 21.39 minutes when I was cut off after Kayla said she was going to check into my account. Called back and although 0 people in front of me, held for another 12:09 minutes. Never got a call back.
