Never do business with them. They are very unprofessional. They make appointments and no show/ no call and when you complain they hang up the phone on you. If I could give them a zero star I would. Do NOT do any business with them; you will live to regret it.

I scheduled to have someone come out TWICE. The first time they were running late after attempting to make my appt time later. I told them to cancel. They called me daily until I agreed to schedule a 2nd time. 30 minutes before my 2nd scheduled time, the office called to push the time back. I had other plans and said cancel. They said they could keep the same time. Later they called claiming the tech was outside my house, and they wanted to confirm they are at the right address. I walk outside to find no one is out there. This was their lame attempt to get the appt time they initially wanted. Since cancelling I have been called DAILY by different people. Yesterday I calmly explained my issue and asked to be left alone as this unnecessary interruption was interfering with my work. I was told I would be put on the do not call list. Guess who called me today AGAIN. I try to calmly reiterate what I told the last person. but this Roger character didn't want to hear it and hung up ON ME. imagine that! I called back 856-302-0027 and asked Anthony, who sounds like roger, for a corporate number. He said this was the corporate number. He said HE is corporate. I asked to speak with a member of management. and this illiterate telemarketer hung up on me. NOW I will report this to the FTC, FCC, and any other entity willing to take my official compliant. THIS IS HARASSMENT NOT ADVERTISEMENT. I want IN WRITING that my request to be removed was honored. I will await a response. you have 24 hours before I start looking into my legal rights against your ridiculous methods!

Scam, Scam, Scam. There is no corp. filing with the Secy of State, no web site, no corporate information, ownership, nothing. They won't give you 'satisfied' customers' names to call. Scam Scam Scam. Go with a reputable solar company. Green Newton has a list, even if you don't live in Newton, they will help you https://greennewton.org/ I have also received a lot of help from my city's 'sustainability' officer.

I was scamed!scared!! I spend more on electricity and this panels then I did without and not I cannot sell my property because no one will take on the panel lease!!

They called didn’t leave a message, I called back and they answer the phone like they called me? Took the time to speak with them and they claimed to be working with eversource and the program sounded good so I set an appointment with them, which on the morning of they cancelled and said they would call back... and didn’t. So I called a week later and same thing they answered the phone like they called me? So I filled the representative in on the reason for my call and he claimed they have no records of my previous appointment asked to speak to a supervisor and he claims I am a supervisor.... hmmm so we set another appointment and yeah you guessed it they were supposed to call to confirm the appointment, however they texted me instead and I confirmed the appointment via text, then 10 minutes later they text me the representative in my area called out for some emergency..... so there you have it they are just phishing to get your information: they want your electric bill and of course the information needed to verify your credit rating.... imagine what they can do with that information. BOGUS COMPANY STAY AWAY

They called me on the phone and explained their program, which sounded good, so I made an appointment for them to come and assess my house. They never confirmed the appointment, they never showed up and I haven’t heard from them since. Talk about unreliable!
