I was recommended GreenLife Energy Solutions by a friend in Jersey City who had her fridge replaced and some minor maintenance done, like cleaning the dryer vent and sealing the attic. I decided to give them a try. The first gentleman who came was really nice and took notes, assuring me that a crew would be back to do all the work. I specifically asked if I could get a new fridge of my choice, and he agreed, taking down the model number. My fridge was old and needed replacing due to various issues. After a few days, they arrived and did some repairs on the dryer vent, bathroom vent, and minor ceiling work in the attic. However, I later received a call from a lady named Julia, who informed me that they wouldn't provide the fridge model I requested, citing energy efficiency concerns. Despite my efforts to explain that others had received it, she only offered a link to a different model. Reluctantly, I agreed to settle for it. But days later, I received an email confirming that they had canceled my order and replaced it with the cheapest fridge Lowe’s sells, which was more energy-intensive than the one we had initially discussed, Unable to reach Julia again, someone else called me back and threatened that if I didn’t accept it, they wouldn’t provide anything, It became apparent that their decision was solely based on cost rather than energy efficiency, this is money that I am eligible for, and they don’t have the right to take it away from me. This company is a total rip-off. They billed PSEG $7500, the amount advertised, for minor repairs that a handyman could do for a fraction of the cost. They then provided a cheaper, more energy-intensive fridge, seemingly to pocket the difference. Stay away from this scam. Don't ever let them into your house.

Cody and his team(Matt, Vahan, Pasha, Donte, Dillon,Marlon) did a very professional job. Cody answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. So appreciate their hard work.

95 % Satisfied,original inspector was polite and through. He found a few Gas leaks and PSEG was here in 15 minutes he detetmined that a plumber was needed. They installed additional insulation in my attic,made repairs to hot water heater and furnace, installed energy efficient light bulbs. Installed a new dryer vent inside and out. They also installed a new bathroom exhaust because the old one only vented into attic and the new one exhausted outside. The only problem was they didn't put everything back with stuff they moved to install insulation.

From the first phone call, to the energy audit, through the actual work (a matter of days), the professionalism, skill and customer service was top notch!
