Workmanship Warranty

1. I Go Solar Energy represents and fully warrants that it will protect the work, materials, property and adjacent property from damage or loss and will also take proper precautions for the safety of the public. The property of any end-user customer will be kept free of waste, rubbish and surplus materials. I Go Solar Solar Energy will be liable for defective, faulty or improper materials or workmanship. Upon request by customer, I Go Solar Energy will immediately remedy all defects, faults or omissions and complete all unfinished work.
2. I Go Solar Energy shall extend a five (5) or ten (10) year warranty against leaks for all roof penetrations from the installation of solar panels and shall pass along the manufacturer’s twenty-five (25) or thirty (30) year warranty to each respective customer.

Insurance

I Go Solar Energy and/or it's subcontractors, will maintain insurance coverage required under the Worker's Compensation Laws of Florida and will also provide general public liability insurance protecting from liability for injuries to persons or property which occur on or about the property of any end-user customer. The insurance will provide limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for any one occurrence, and otherwise in conformity with Florida law.
