Over 100 bad HIQ inverters

If anyone has found a replacement for the HIQ 480-8k inverter i would be forever grateful for that info. Robbie-919-610-2251 rferris@sfla.biz

Is HiQSolar out of business??

hi everyone. Since 13 June 2020 i do not seeing my production on the web interfece. Does anyone know if they are out of business or what happened. I try to call the phone number and it is a deadline.

Bad service, bad product

We had purchased 97 inverters for a job completed in Jan. 2018. Of the 97 only 18 of the original remain functional. We have had many delays and excuses when it comes to getting replacement inverters and have not been able to contact HiQ for MONTHS. As of 12, June 2020 all 4 of the gateways we have installed have not been communicating.

Very Disappointed

We had 15 Tru-string 480 V inverters installed and after 3 years 8 of the inverters had to be returned for repair or replacement. The warranty service was very, very slow and it did cost me money in lost power production. The inverters have a 10 year warranty and the first inverters started failing after a year. Very disappointing.
