The company was good to work with at the beginning, but communication went silent fairly often for long periods of time. I could live with this without much issue.
The real problems started at install time. The team installing decided to switch configuration and install everything on the west side of the house totally ignoring the south facing side of the house lowering the overall energy output of the system without asking.
We did come to an agreement where I paid more money and they install more panels and they did.
Its been around 8 months now and they haven't managed to get around to setting up monitoring for the system.
Also the solar system is down and is not generating power. I have let the company know over a week ago and they are unable to spare a tech to look at it and are not giving an ETA on that and I don't think they ever will.
