Not Happy

Wired Up installed our solar panels near the end of May, it has not worked correctly, since it has been installed, leaving me with high light bill plus the payments for the panels. I have called and left messages, texts and emails. Their communication skills, well there is none. The only thing I want is for them to stand behind the work they have done and fix what is wrong. I understand they have more customers than just me. But they need to be attentive to the customers they have already and make sure they are happy, that way reviews like this would not be necessary. Nothing has gone according to plan since the beginning, I just want it fixed!!!!!!!!!! The system and my mobile app to show what the system is using has not worked since the beginning.

Constant delays / 7 months into project and still not finished !!!

Constant Changes in solar system design, leading to delay in planning and installation as well as multiple inspector visits needed. 7 months since order and still not finished !

Hidden fees

After reading all the positive reviews on Google, I decided to use Chuck to replace the ceiling fan of my rental. I was surprised when I received the invoice, because on top of $135 labor fee, there's $120 charge to remove the old fan box. Also, he can't present me the receipt for the ceiling fan he purchased and told me there's 35% of "supply materials" charge (which is almost $50!). I ended up paying $400 for the single replacement. He may do a good job installing the fan, but I am certainly not happy (and I rarely write bad reviews of any business) with all the hidden fees. Also, his invoice didn't itemize all the charges until I asked him to do so and found out about all the hidden fees. This is definitely not the way to do business!

Terrible

The company was good to work with at the beginning, but communication went silent fairly often for long periods of time. I could live with this without much issue. The real problems started at install time. The team installing decided to switch configuration and install everything on the west side of the house totally ignoring the south facing side of the house lowering the overall energy output of the system without asking. We did come to an agreement where I paid more money and they install more panels and they did. Its been around 8 months now and they haven't managed to get around to setting up monitoring for the system. Also the solar system is down and is not generating power. I have let the company know over a week ago and they are unable to spare a tech to look at it and are not giving an ETA on that and I don't think they ever will.
