Good Company. Delivered as Promised.

We were introduced to Florida Power Management by one of their salespeople that had previously given us a quote the year before for another company. The salesman conducted a updated review of our energy needs virtually and provided a proposal. We also had two competing proposals from other companies, but decided to go with Florida Power Management because they were offering a very aggressive $2000 cash back Covid promotion. Although we took a leap of faith at the time due to the companies lack of feedback, we are certainly glad we did put our trust in them. Subsequently, they do have some great reviews. And we will be adding to that. We agreed to a solar project in late April. They scheduled us for installation a few weeks later. The installers were on time, hard working, professional and courteous. The solar array installation was completed in one day. From there, though, it is a waiting game....through no fault of theirs. Numerous local and jurisdictional inspections must take place. Interconnection agreement with our power company must be accepted. The power company also does their own site inspection, and must replace our meter with a new net meter. Long story short, we were finally operational on August 13. From what I've heard, this typical of the process and remember that going forward, otherwise it can be frustrating having to wait months. It helps to follow up with your installer and more importantly your power company to make sure everything is going as planned. We were lucky to catch a mistake to our interconnection agreement which could've delayed things even further if it had gone unnoticed. With that said, Florida Power Management did their part. Kept us in the loop during the wait. They guarantee production of the system per their proposal. So far, we are producing as expected if not more. The salesman, Dain, was and continues to be our point of contact for any concerns or questions. He resolves them in a timely fashion. We received our $2000 rebate check as promised immediately after installation. Florida Power Management also paid our first month loan payment since it took longer than expected for us to get turned on and the bill had become due. The system utilizes Enphase inverters and equipment, and therefore the Enphase Enlighten app or website monitors our solar production in realtime. Enphase is great. They have their own customer support that is very helpful and their app is perfect. Overall this has been an amazing experience and we would recommend Florida Power Management to anyone looking to reduce or completely do away with their current electric bill.
