My permission to operate came in right before Hurricane Ian, and it couldn't have come at a better time. There were two main items that I was concerned with one was water coming in from the roof where the solar panels were installed and the second was would the battery backup be enough. I didn't need to worry about either. I had no water come in from the install and had more than enough battery to run the whole house (with both ACs running) for the 20 + hours we were with out power. I opted to go with a non conventual setup that most companies could not install either because they didn't have the technical knowledge or because it wasn't a simple cookie cutter install. I worked with Matt and his team and I have a 20kw solar DC system with a 38kwhr batter backup, in addition to this I can run my whole 300 amp house panel. This was great for when the hurricane came as I could also run my well pump & ACs at the same time which is near impossible with other systems. I can't say enough positive things about Matt and his team
