i had gotten amazing service from josh all the way until the end when he then helped me with srecs. 10/10 service was given and i got walked through everything so that i was aware of everything.

We had no issues with Convert Solar. They did not pressure us to buy and they were very easy to deal with. The sales person, Melissa was awesome! The installs were super and took care of our yard and removed all their excess material. They let us know when they were coming and they did a very professional job. We are waiting on Dominion Power to replace the meter so we can start using our solar. They have always called before coming which they only had to do once to program the solar edge monitoring system. Highly recommend them. Thanks Convert Solar.

Convert Solar's customer service is the BEST! They were with us every step of the way as we battled an obstinate HOA that eventually had to concede the law was on our side for solar panel installation and placement. Mara, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, friendly, and influential. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Our panels have been producing electricity since January, and we have watched our Dominion bill plummet. I highly recommend Convert Solar if you are considering going green with solar.

Based on my wanting a solar edge product. The buying process was easy: I used the solar edge tools on their website. Thus Solaredge pointed me to their preferred installer for my area, which was Convert Solar. They did the calculations, pulled all permits, and did an engineering review; and Then, the install was fast, clean, and professional. Communication was good. The walkthrough on how to use the system was better addressed on the solar Edge website. Being fair converting solar employees was good. Now, as far as the price, well, 5KWh was in the mid-range. I priced out each component vers what I paid. The install price is sticker-shock. that said, Convert Solar was the best value in that department for the area.

We had our panels installed about 4 weeks ago. Dominion switch the meter and the city inspected within a week. Our system has been running for 17 days now and we are averaging 22kwh per day! We are making what we use. Highly recommend this company. We were getting an addition built and solar stuck with us for 6 months waiting to install the panels. They never pushed or threatened to increase the cost because of the extreme delay. They were quick and professional once instillation was finally possible.

Chad, Nolie, and Gabe did a fantastic job with the install of our 23.56kWh system. They provided a cost that was well below other estimates. Their level of professionalism and attentiveness to aesthetics and performance was phenomenal. Our roof was left in pristine condition and they made the whole process enjoyable. The system production to date is exceeding their projected numbers. We have now had the system for 8 months and I am very pleased with our decision to use them.
