Terribly run company - Owner is Dishonest

In your search for solar I would steer clear of Lifetime Energy. The owner doesn’t keep his word and does a lousy job at communicating. There is better options out there. Buyer beware

Found lacking, after a year of turmoil.

In Short: GO ELSEWHERE Initially they contacted me and got everything set up. Then they delivered the wrong panels, which I caught and had them correct. After repeated back and forth on when they would install, they finally came out and installed everything. Then the troubles really began. I had a roof penetration leak. They didn't get anyone to my house for over a week to look at it. The person they had come look at my ceiling just slapped paint over it and said it was good. Then was the long wait for permits, and you go it, this means they did the work to my house without proper permitting. After repeatedly calling and asking about their application for the permit, I was always given some excuse. I was having to call my energy company and my city to find out the status of permits to keep things moving. Finally connected the electrical after over a year of it being installed. Still don't think the enphase is configured correctly. Still owed for the months of payments I made when no solar was active. I have solar, and I wouldn't do it again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Helped my dad get solar recently. We had signed up with another company and after signing paperwork the costs went through the roof and left a bad taste in our mouth. We ended up signing with lifetime since we liked the price and panels better but the best part was all the extra charges from the other company never came. The price stayed the same. To make it even better when it came time to install my dad wanted to make a last minute change and move the panels to an exterior structure that would require them to trench. They did this no problem and still didn’t charge us. Great crew. Great experience.

Would leave 0 if I could

Do not go with this company unless you want to drastically increase your electric bill and have damage and leaking added to your roof.

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY

We got panels installed back in May, and here we are at the end of October and our power still has not been switched over. I cannot reach ANYBODY on phone or email. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.

DOES NOT FINISH THE JOB

We had solar panels installed around January/ February and they are still not turned on. Have been paying monthly for the panels AS WELL as the sky high electricity bill. They WILL NOT answer their phone calls nor return calls. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
