In Short: GO ELSEWHERE Initially they contacted me and got everything set up. Then they delivered the wrong panels, which I caught and had them correct. After repeated back and forth on when they would install, they finally came out and installed everything. Then the troubles really began. I had a roof penetration leak. They didn't get anyone to my house for over a week to look at it. The person they had come look at my ceiling just slapped paint over it and said it was good. Then was the long wait for permits, and you go it, this means they did the work to my house without proper permitting. After repeatedly calling and asking about their application for the permit, I was always given some excuse. I was having to call my energy company and my city to find out the status of permits to keep things moving. Finally connected the electrical after over a year of it being installed. Still don't think the enphase is configured correctly. Still owed for the months of payments I made when no solar was active. I have solar, and I wouldn't do it again.

No outside sub-contractors to wait on. - After I was up and running, I had a couple issues that I would expect are common on a large system like mine. Lifetime responded very quickly and put in extra effort to make sure the problems are solved and stay solved. Once again, no waiting on some external sub-contractor, they send their crew and get the problem solved. I am not easily impressed and I don't often take time to review a company unless they are at one extreme or the other. I highly recommend Lifetime Energy and I would use them for any project that I can.
