Went with Solenergy because our next door neighbors had a good experience. The work was completed in the time frame they promised, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Got two other quotes, but Solenergy didn't try to push us into decisions that didn't feel right to us. They took care of everything - We didn't have to do anything on our own. Really happy we chose them.

Excellent. Signed in Sept 2022, system operational in March 2023. No problems with installation. The system continues to operate with no problems meeting the majority of my energy needs. I highly recommend SolEnergy.

It took 10 months to complete my install. For a while I thought that I was being scammed. I should’ve cancelled then. Instead I stuck with it and it was the worst decision I have made thus far. My project manager lacked any skills required to get my job done, abused delays through lack of communication and not knowing what my system required. I had to email in order to get approvals sent because he could get a response from service providers, inspectors or permitting. I always got a response in 2 business days or less. I waited for weeks for trenching due to his lack of setup, weather and equipment availability then found out it wasn’t even needed. My system could’ve been in use in 6 months instead of 10 had he had any idea of what he was managing. My second project manager waited 9 days to even contact me and all he needed to do was finish final work with my utilities, it took 2 days after they received payment. My system could’ve been operational for a minimum of 3 months earlier but sat unused due to incompetence. I have not received any contact from SolEnergy in response to my complaints and frustration and at this point I feel that they need to recoup for my lost energy savings at the very least. They also sent service personal into my home when I was told they wouldn’t enter my home and on days when they were not supposed to be working at my home. I am generating energy finally. Never again with these people.

Hello, We contracted with SolEnergy to install solar panels on our property. They came out right when they said they would and finished quickly. This was last Fall and the system has been working great since. We have been generating power since then. My wife and I would recommend them to others.

We found our experience with Jake and SolEnergy to be excellent and very professional. Jake always answered our questions professionally and with great care. We had 42 solar energy collectors installed on roof and are very satisfied with the results.

Where to start? We haven’t even hit the summer months and we are getting hundreds of dollars credited on our monthly bill. They made it easy to sign up, helped us get the financing and once we got our paperwork lined up the install was smooth and the connection even easier. The one small issue we had they addressed. During install they accidentally broke a shelf in one of our closets while trying to get attic access. Not only did they set up the repair with the closet company but the same day we got the bill they called and paid it directly. Great follow through and super friendly. Highly recommend.
