Beware!

Check out their 1-star Google reviews and it'll tell you everything you need to know. If you run into any issue, they will NOT honor their warranty. The owner Oscar was very unprofessional. Stay away from this company!

Beware about the owner Oscar Carrasco, he is unprofessional and will throw insults at you.

Had an installation for a new system February of last year. Everything appeared to have gone off well. Started having issues with my outdoor compressor not turning on. I opened it and measured the capacitor and it was reading low. I messaged Jay asking if it was covered under warranty, he told me he thinks it is but is unsure and to call the office. I talked to Sarah at the office and told her what I did and if I can get a warranty claim. She assured me it was covered under warranty for labor and parts and that I would not have to pay anything. I made it very clear that I took the cover off and measured the capacitor. Sarah, even asked how I knew it was a problem with the capacitor. If it was going to cost, I would have made the repair myself, as I have an electrician background and some HVAC experience. More than enough to replace a capacitor. But, since I had the warranty and it was covered, I opted for the repair. I left the cover off the HVAC for ease, since I knew the tech would arrive. Tech arrives and says it was a low pressure switch connection and cuts and re-attaches the connector. Takes pictures and leaves. With notes that I "tampered" with the systems. They billed me and said I was not covered under warranty. After receiving the bill I called, explained the situation and was told Sarah was on lunch and they would get back to me about it. This was a Friday, and after the weekend. That following night, the compressor stopped working, again. So, I had to purchase the capacitor myself and put it on to get it working. After the weekend, I receive an updated invoice saying the warranty wasn't covered and that I would have to pay the bill. I called back and told them I wasn't going to pay it. I was ensured it was covered under the warranty and the guy didn't even fully repair the system. They immediately were telling me that they were going off the tech's words. Which makes no sense. Why would I tamper with my system if it was working correctly? All he did was re-attach a connector. After arguing with the person on the phone, they gave Oscar Carrasco the line, the owner of the company. I explained from the beginning exactly what happened and we went back and forth. Not once did I insult a single person and I stuck to the facts. He threw insults at me and was flexing that he has more money than me. He threatened to sue me, and I told him I would gladly pay more money to a lawyer fighting this than to pay his bill. He then tells me that the capacitor was never covered under warranty and that Jay knows it is not. Also, Sarah knows it isn't. Which is ridiculous, considering my whole conversation from the beginning was about a capacitor and that I didn't want to pay for a new one if I didn't have to, because it was covered under the warranty. He said he would talk to Jay and Sarah and if they said it was, he would wipe the bill clean. Which, of course, he didn't. Be careful with Endzone and know that they will try to intimidate you with lies.
