ONTILITY has partnered with SunCap Financial, an NRG company, to launch a Solar Residential Lease Program for our partners in the Texas, Arizona, Colorado and California markets. ONTILITY plans to expand this program to other markets in the coming months so stay tuned for updates.

This program is similar to many other residential lease programs that are currently being utilized around the country in regard to the fact that; (1) It’s a 20 year lease with no upfront customer installation costs, (2) offers little to no down payment, (3) provides a power production guarantee and web based power production monitoring, (4) flexible transferable lease terms, (5) assures fixed low monthly payments,(6) household cash flow maximization, and (7) includes an installation warranty and system insurance; However our program has many benefits that far outweigh many of the common residential lease programs out there today.
