Workmanship Warranty

SolarFlair Energy warrants all work for a period of one hundred and twenty months following completion (10-yrs). Solar panels include a 25 year manufacturer's performance warranty, Enphase micro-inverters include a 25 year manufacturer's warranty, and central inverters (if applicable) include a 10 or 12 (SolarEdge) year manufacturer's warranty. SolarFlair's warranty is limited to the workmanship and does not cover events outside of Contractor's control such as fire. weather, vandalism, biological infestation and Acts of God.

Took our money two years ago. Still waiting. They won't communicate.

As part of the Solarize Mass program in northern Berkshire County, SolarFliar took deposits (of $4000+ each) from more than 15 customers for battery backup systems. We are still waiting as of 2022, and last heard from the company in May of 2021. They won't answer calls or emails. If you want a company that sits on your money for years and refuses to communicate with you, SolarFlair is the one for you!

SolarFlair provided helpful, on-time service

My take on solar installers is that they should be evaluated like any other contractor you hire. Did the installer provide you with relevant information, did they arrive punctually for on-site visits, and to perform the work? Did they follow up after the work was completed? Did thy present you with any unpleasant surprises? Measured by these standards, SolarFlair did an excellent job. SolarFlair's employees always arrived punctually, and were courteous and knowledgeable. They handled all of the necessary paperwork, including registering the system to qualify for SRECs. The installation went flawlessly: work on the system was completed over two days, as promised. SolarFlair followed up post-installation as well to make sure that I was satisfied with the operation of my system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this installer.
