Job complete, warranty 20 years labor, Will not back warranty on labor on materials

May 24, 2018 signed contract to install solar system at 1804 va ave Kill Devil Hills NC 27948. System installed Sept 2018. Nov 2020 Inverter quite producing have been trying to get in contact with United Solar no response, The inverter has a 25 year warranty and United Solar has a 20 year warranty on labor. I called the Inverter company and they said I need United Solar to check it out before they cane do anything. I want United Solar to do right and check the inverter and contact the inverter company so they can replace the Inverter and have United Solar install the new Inverter. They have not returned any calls
