We just recently had our second Solar system turned up. We used Black Platinum Solar & Electric for our first system and were very happy with how that turned out. When we moved back to the area and looking for a Solar system for our new house, I called and talked with John Black. I highly recommend this company!!! All aspects of the process were easy to understand and I had all of my many questions (I tend to ask a lot of questions) answered in complete detail. From my end, the process was very easy and everything was handled professionally, timely, and completely from start to finish. I was kept informed at each stage and when it came to the day of install, I had a full crew that were able to quickly and professionally attend to each and every detail of the installation process. As to clean-up from my end, there was none needed. All areas the crew were working in were kept spotless and very well organized throughout the job. The crew was fantastic! I have found out after some run time that not only did I receive a high quality system that was professionally installed, the value and ROI will end up being even better than the first system. My only problem was that I did not do it sooner! 5+ stars all the way around!

Dave Armstrong came out to survey my property for the installation of a Solar system and explained the process in detail. The electricians came next and installed the wiring and utility boxes. The roof was prepared with solar-friendly shingles. On the day of the panel install, the owner, John Black, came to the property and explained the inverter process, which occurs on a per-panel basis. The technicians were personable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The company arranged for a drywall company to repair all of the drywall where the wiring was done, and their work was excellent. Based on my first electric bill, which included 21 days of solar power, it would appear that the solar system will generate sufficient power to meet all of my electricity needs. Considering that most of the month was over 110 degrees, I should generate a surplus in the winter. I am completely satisfied with the install, and would highly recommend Black and Platinum to anyone considering installation of a solar generating system.
