I purchased my system in 2015. I was misled on the contract and my $7,000 tax refund went back to Petersen Dean. Their credit company charged me a ballon payment of $1,500 to keep my low interest rate. My roof has leaked 3 years in-a-row. In Nov. they repaired it but never did the drywall repairs. After months they told me to pay to have it done and they would send me a check. That was in Jan. and they still haven't paid me and managers won't even talk to me. Worst Company I have ever worked with!
