Complete Solar

Very short handed! Send people out then pull them off to go to another job. Schedule appt then no show. Had to come out several times to complete a job. Never got copy of contract, even after requesting several times from several people! Was not given the portal, that’s so important after asking several times. No I am not happy!

Gianna has been very helpful during the process of having my solar installed. While it's taken quite a while and not without a few hiccups, Gianna has been polite and helpful and has been able to answer my questions as they are presented to her. I appreciated her ability to keep me updated as needed and responded quickly to any of my e-mails.

Gianna, kept me informed every step of the way through my Solar Installation, through Permitting process and the connection to my utility company. Gianna was consistently attentive to my many questions. She responded quickly to my texts and when she did so she was up-to-date on various aspects of the process. This was a good thing; because I wanted solar power for a duplex, there were two separate installations. Each had its own set of permits, installations and inspections. Making this project a little more confusing, Unit 2’s work was scheduled first, and the schedules for the two units overlapped. The process seemed pretty complicated to me, but that was not Gianna’s fault. She kept me unconfused.
