Complete Solar

i have had our panels for about a year now. initially things seemed to be going fine. a year later i have a bad inverter. ive called countless times. left countless messages multiple emails to the original project manager. 4 weeks still no response theyre phone do not ring nor can you get in touch with a live person. i called the installer who came that day and now im told complete solar has sold the company and for them to come out for a warranty they want to charge me $300 for a service call. since when do you charge for a part that is under warranty. customer service is absolute garbage

Had solar panels installed that were supposed to cover all my power needs and it didn’t even reduce my electric bill by half. Now i’m paying for both electricity and solar. I’ve attempted to contact them for months and they refuse to answer the phone or call back. Now i have to go to the attorney general to get some recourse.

I have been trying to have my solar panels installed for over 9 months. I have tried reaching out to Teresa and gave me the run around and falls promises. I then tried to cancel and they suddenly stop replying for at least a full month. Finally, it was sent up to higher management and she “sped things up”. All she did was have someone come out to my house and dig holes and then started getting pushed off after that. Then I told Carl “CEO” I want to cancel and was told no I can’t even though they breached the contract and now I’m stuck waiting 2-3 more months until the project is completed. I would not go through this company. It’s been a nightmare and very unprofessional. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Complete Solar installed my fully paid solar panels for Mosaic, but the unit has not been working for months, and every time I call for service since April 2024 (877-299-4943 and 650-295-1090 I leave a message but no one has returned my call or come to repair the unit which has cost me $4,000.00 in PG&E “true-up” charges!! It's been 3 years solar on roof and will not pass inspection. Difficult to speak to a live person. I want solar panels remove and they need to repair roof. Will not do it. County inspector said I have every right to have them remove it. A complete nightmare.

3 times the plans have been reject they make an apointment for any service no show no call, i waste my day wsiting for them multiples times ,my wall it is tear apart solar panels still not working after 6 month customer service do not follow up i will call several times left massage won't call me back to giveme updates mainly luis ruiz mgr and coordinator, rebecka service coordinator too.
