Blossom Solar

We had Blossom install a 9.8kW solar only system out in not so sunny Port Angeles. They were great to deal with and very receptive to some none standard practices like the inspector being the same person that would have installed a Net Meter if required. We have an old school analog meter and manual meter readers still out here. So the normal back and forth after install to get a one way smart meter upgraded to a net meter wasn't required. They were great about listening to me and taking appropriate action. I'd highly recommend them for your install.

Noah from Blossom "met" with me on the phone and was very helpful. He was ready to answer all of my questions and willing to give us the time we needed to sort through our options before making a decision. He was quick to provide us with a complete proposal & quote and then quickly revised it after I provided him with more information and changed my request so that I could better compare the proposals I was receiving.

I selected Blossom solar after getting almost a dozen quotes for our solar project. They were great all the way through the project working through several iterations of design for panels and battery backup. After we settled on a price the installation was smooth sailing. And they went the extra mile to help make sure that I had all of the essentials backed up on our battery system. All of their staff from the sales team to the office staff managing the project and doing the installation were great at every step of the process. I've been incredibly pleased with their work, their responsiveness and I love having the system installed.

EnergySage generated three solar panel quotes for me and Noah from Blossom Solar immediately stood out as the most knowledgeable. He offered several options, including the most efficient and some cheaper panels. His explanations of "rated" output versus actual output and the cause of the drop from rated values to actual values helped me to understand how much energy we would get from the solar panels and how many years it will take to recover our investment. Two installers took only two days to complete the installation and they were friendly and neat. Weston helped a couple of days later to confirm that everything was working before the power company gave us permission to connect it. The ladies in the office were quick to reply, helpful and friendly. In fact, everybody I contacted at Blossom replied quickly and were friendly. They kept me updated with the project status as soon as anything changed. Now that our solar panel system is running I enjoy checking each day to see how well it is performing. The weather has turned dark and rainy but the solar panels still produce a few kilowatts in the daytime. Then when the sun peeks out they immediately begin sending lots of power back to the grid. Blossom Solar was definitely our best choice.

We have had our system for a little over a year. We have loved every minute. The system has performed exactly how they said it would. Working with everyone from sales, customer service, and their own install crew was a great experience.

My experience with Blossom was as good as it gets. The price was very competitive and the communication was excellent. They have found the sweet spot between reaching out to you and bothering you. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I talked with a few other solar companies but they seemed to know more about "closing deals" than the actual solar system. This wasn't the case with Blossom. Rather, it felt like I was dealing with a true technician rather than a high pressure salesman. The install team was prompt, friendly, and efficient. They system looks great and so far, so good. The only hang up was with the permitting process. The county dropped the ball and didn't issue it on time. Blossom immediately notified me and then they worked with the county to get it done quickly. Bottom line, you can't go wrong if you go with Blossom!
