A Warranty Shouldn't Cost $750 to Use

Be sure to ask detailed questions about warranty service before signing. I was quoted $750 for travel and labor related to warranty work on the system Green Ridge Solar sold me. This came as a complete surprise because those costs were never clearly disclosed, and I could not find any service pricing published anywhere. A warranty is far less valuable when the homeowner is still responsible for substantial service charges.
