My system is producing well and I'm enjoying the benefits of net metering as well. The install and design team were great in meeting my wife's requests for layout. My solar edge app is nice to have as well for me to monitor my production.

Follow through

Did a good job leading me through the process from quotation to installation. At the end they dropped the ball by not helping me turning on the system. Sure it was easy but i had to make several phone calls with utilities and subcontractors to turn system live. Titon could have done it in minutes what took me days

Buyer Beware

Titan solar power installed a $92000 solar package on my home in Jan 2023. It is now May and we are not operational and not producing. We are paying a loan and electric bill. Titan does not answer their emails and customer service is almost non existent until I contacted the BBB. We are still waiting on parts. We were told several times our system would be producing for 30 days prior to loan payments or Titan would reimburse us. We are headed for our second payment with no date on when the issue will be resolved. They are selling and installing but don't have parts for their customers that they already received $92000 from. We are told it's not their fault it Generac...my issue is I contracted with Titan solar power and they ghosted us . The techs they send don't speak English and don't know how to fix the problems. Several times had us wait here for them and they are a no show Left our power off when they left. And I had to report their behavior and took pictures. Next step attorney general and hiring attorney if this isn't resolved. Very unprofessional!

5 stars across the board

Working with Titan Solar Power to get my solar system and Tesla Powerwall installed was a great experience. The Communication I received from both my sales rep and from the ops team was second to none. The install crews showed up on time and were very polite. They picked up after themselves and installed a super clean system. My battery was installed a few months after and everything has been working great since. Can't recommend enough! It's been super fun and rewarding to watch my system perform and lower our electric costs.

Easy to work with

Charlie is easy to work with and helpful navigating solar and SMUD, which isn’t the most solar friendly utility. When first design didn’t work, changing it was relatively simple.
