Horrible service

This is one of the worse companies, don't do business with them. Stay away they don't answer and don't solve any issues. Don't buy from them.

Titan's reputation is why they use CF Solar to do their bidding and then hide behind their lies

Titan was not even mentioned in my sales pitch - CF Solar is who I thought I was dealing with start to finish. Turns out, CF is the "third party" sales team only - so now all the lies I was told that convinced me to sign are not being honored by Titan. Further, I checked reviews on CF and never on Titan, again, because Titan's name was never mentioned. Awful experience. Two failed inspections. My bill is the same and now I have double the payments due to the solar loan, which was supposed to be much less due to all the promised incentives that will never happen. Contact the Attorney General, file a case. I have and they are listening. Don't let them keep doing this to people.

Stuck me with a New Roof Bill

I signed with Titan after Shaq told me "I promise we won't drop the ball and we will get the solar panels on in a timely manner". Well the ball was dropped. I hadn't heard from Shaq for a long time and the finance company called and said I needed a co signer. I didn't need one when I started and don't have one. In the meantime Shaq told me I needed a new roof in order to get the panels. He put the cost on the financing. When the loan was no longer available I keep getting bills from J&D Roofing who now have a lien on my house for the roof, which they didn't do properly according to the papers I have. Seems like I'm screwed...you betcha. Thank Titan and Shaq...appreciate you NOT! I'd give zero stars if I could.

Please do not trust them

They lie and then basically tell you oh well! I asked for corporate and was originally told they didn’t have a corporate. Then was told if I got the info to corporate I would need to get it myself. When asked how to do that Jesus said he doesn’t know. This company is a joke! I now pay a utility bill and $150 to titan for the panels. I’m basically paying double my electric bill!

Caused roof leak and destroyed our home

We had solar panels installed on our newly renovated home in March of 2023. The installation was not done correctly on our metal roof, and it caused catastrophic damage to the roof and walls as well as the subfloor in the home. We contacted Titan in early Aug 2023 and are STILL waiting for them to replace the subfloor and the walls. The roof was JUST replaced in Jan 2024 after 5 months of waiting. We have had LITTLE to no communication with them. When we get a response to our request for an update, it's always, “We are waiting on our legal team and insurance to respond.” We have not been able to have people living in the home since AUG 2023 due to mold! It's now Feb 22, 2024, and we still have open walls and damaged subflooring! We are over 6 months of waiting and losing income at this point. We have contacted the BBB and the Georgia Attorney General's office. This was the WORST mistake we made, and it just keeps compounding.

Consumption Meter Install

I had an appointment scheduled to have a Consumption Meter installed on 1/8/2024. A technician showed up late in the afternoon so he was not able to finish the job. He said I had to call the office to schedule an appointment to finish the install. I called the office and scheduled the appointment for 1/18/2024. I asked the representative if I had to be home. She said no. A technician called me two days early and said he was on his way to install the meter. I missed his call. I called him back and left a message. The technician NEVER returned my call and NEVER finished installing the meter. A technician never showed on the scheduled install date, 1/18/2024. I called the office to get another appointment scheduled. They rescheduled the install date on 2/7/2024. I asked for an earlier date, but they could not. I received a phone call on 2/6/2024, the day before the scheduled install date. A message was left saying the Consumption Meter install date is scheduled for 2/22/2024. I called Titan Solar to speak with a supervisor. They said a supervisor is not available. You will receive a call in 24 to 48 hours. There Customer Service is DREADFUL. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a local Solar Company. I wanted to give them a zero rating because that is exactly what they deserve. Stay away from this company!!!! By the way, I never received a phone call from a supervisor. I asked for a refund.
