Solar Guys are great to work with. They have been in business for over 15 years. They are financially stable. They are taking over abandoned systems from companies that went out of business. Brian is a great sales guy and kept in constant contact with me. Michelle helped me with my paperwork. Chas was great about letting me know when each step was complete. Anthony the lead installer did great work. He explained everything to me on install day. Ryan was a great worker with lots of jokes. Jesse and Jereme have been great to work with. They understand customer service and I appreciate their attention to details. The Solar Guys provided me a quality install at a value others could not match. I have been a customer now for over four years and they continue to stand behind their work. Jereme goes the extra mile. My system was sized to cover 100% of my electric needs and has met that goal almost every year.

I had done much research and knew exactly what I wanted for my solar and battery system. The Solar Guys gave me a fair price without any pushy sales or pressure. They provided references, were recommended by my electrician, and were able to deliver the Enphase system I was looking for. The process was super simple, The Solar Guys handled all the detailed design, permitting and coordination with the city and power company. When the city required additional work, the Solar Guys took care of it and made sure their requirements were met. Their installation was neat and professional. They were easy to communicate with, answered questions knowledgeable, and helped me with some of my odd requests, getting me exactly what I had wanted. And after the sale service has been excellent. When I had a minor issue, they were quick to jump in, troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed.

A year and a half later and we're so thankful we got solar panels from The Solar Guys! Our bills have ranged from $3-$75 the last year! Highly recommend their service and quality! We had an existing issue in our attic and Jesse came out to make sure it was safe and secure. We got new siding shortly after and Jereme came out for free and disconnected our boxes so the siding company could get behind them safely. The owners Jesse and Jereme are amazing, along with the sales guys we worked with and followed up with (Kalon & Eric) and the office staff we worked with (Michelle, Brandi & Heather).

For the last 18 months, we've been using solar thanks to The Solar Guys. Sara and I care a ton about the environment and stewardship, but at this stage of our life it was a financial decision. In order to pay less on our monthly bill and secure a fixed cost as cost of electricity continues to rise, we chose to take out a loan. Financial results after 18 months: We pay 6% less per month, even with increased usage, saving us hundreds of dollars. Environmental results after 18 months: we have reduced our CO2 output by 13 tons, which is the equivalent of planting 217 trees. Solar panels are a huge commitment, and I didn't want to take out a loan without thinking through everything. The Solar Guys were there for me every step of the way from helping me crunch numbers and projections in spreadsheets to providing plenty of references for me to talk to and taking phone calls from me time and time again.
