They installed brilliantly years ago. But left us in the lurch on a system repair for the entire AC season in 2025. Costing us thousands in electric bills. Then they charged us thousands for repairs they promised would return us to 90% energy production. But we’re only at 60%. They clearly sold us defective equipment & did subpar work on the repair. For an additional fee, they then they told us the energy shortage we’re experiencing Is due to a branch casting a shadow. Thats an utter lie. We have the pre install power generation evaluation report, more than a decade of actual energy production data & years of tree photos to prove it. They’re dishonest, plain & simple.

Bought a house in 2023 where the inverter was under warranty. Green logic came and agreed and said that they would replace the inverter for us at no cost. Fast-forward two years. We still have no inverter with no updates. After calling repeatedly and speaking to the partner, John, he told us that we can try to speak to the vendor ourselves to find the inverter that we were promised two years ago. Terrible service do not recommend this company.
