They have a terrible costumer service.

My panels haven’t been working since July 22 so I got a overcharged aps bill. I called costumer service to see if they were gonna give the two weeks that they didn’t produce energy and they didn’t help me. I have to pay the sunburn bill , a overcharge aps not to mention that I had +56 of balance of my aps account so in total I almost paid more than $300 and it’s hard during this pandemia days because my husband it’s disabled and I’m unemployed and they don’t care about their costumers.
