For starters, this is a typical high pressure sales group that reminded me of that herbie vacuum guy I let in the house once. Nevertheless, I caved to my wife and we had them place new insulation and three overpriced solar attic fans. One of the fans has something seriously wrong with it as it is CLANKING uncontrollably. I can hear it down in the master bedroom. I got up on the roof and it sounds like some metal on metal sound. Completely unacceptable. We have tried calling, emailing, even trying to track down the shady sales team that was in town. Not a single reply back. What a scam. Save your money!
