Bad customer support and broken inverter after 6 months

I bought a KACO blueplanet 15 kW inverter and it broke after 6 months. They sent a new inverter but did not cover the reinstallation cost, only paid 100€ after more than 6 months of discussions with Customer Service (ticket id 159783). Since October 2023 the app is not working anymore and customer service is not helping (ticket id 176113). I shared all the picture and offer my phone number to be contacted and deal with it, but no luck.

Not fit for purpose

I purchased a blueplanet hybrid 10 tl3 and hyswitch with 10kwh Energy Depot batteries primarily to have a backup power supply. Although this capability is advertised it is a software extra that has to be purchased. I have tried to purchase this from Kako and provided the ŕequired installation certificate. Despite many emails from me the response has been zero. These people are very happy to sell you an inverter but any kind of meaningful product support is non existant.
