Workmanship Warranty

Microgrid warrant that all Microgrid workmanship will be free from defect for TEN (10) years from the date of commissioning. Owner agrees to notify Microgrid promptly upon the discovery of any defective conditions, but in no case more than ten (10) days following Owner's discovery thereof. Excluded from coverage are roof leaks due to flashing of roof penetrations that are warranted by others.
