Paradise guys are invested in the solar mission and it shows in their work. They are efficient, persist through unexpected problems (such as the last minute bankruptcy of their rack provider), good communicators, and considerate of our old tree and flower beds. They kept the worksite tidy and overall were sweet, thoughtful guys. I like their online newsletter, too. We have two houses, greenhouses, a barn/workshop, and have since added two electric cars on which we have accrued 40,000 miles in the year and a half we've been on solar. I'm saving up for battery backup and will work with Paradise for that, too.

The sell was great from the salesman to the completion of the installation. Electric bill averages $271.52 a year. The company stands behind their instillation. If an issue arises with tour system. They are quick to get out and fix the problem. Only downfall would be with Sunny Portal in monitoring your system. I have had issues that should have been reported to Paradise Energy Solutions that the system needs repair but was not. Thanks to the online monitoring that the company offers, I was able to detect and quickly report the problem myself. Overall if I had to do it over again I would and I would use Paradise Energy Solutions every time. Professional and knowledgeable staff.
