Cannot get quote for add on

had system installed $35,000 system. At time asked how many panels could system add on. was told in email that can add 10 panels on 11.4 inverter. less than year later have asked for quote for additional panels from owner and ed parker who sold system and no response. my guess is after checking they only put a 10. inverter on.
