NC Solar Now

NC Solar Now is awesome to work with! Their pricing is great and their warranty is the best in the business!! We talked with about 5 different solar companies and we definitely picked the right one!! We have had no electric bill since thing have been up and running (4 months now). They did an excellent job on install and made things easy throughout the process!

NC Solar Now did an excellent job of educating us about Solar. Their installation team did a tremendous job. They arrived early and completed the job before noon. We received our first bill from Duke Energy and it was approximately $15. We are very happy.

After getting quotes from three other solar installers, I decided to have NC Solar Now install my system in Mount Airy. They proposed to use the best panels and micro-inverters. The quote and presentation by Bob Nowoc was superior to all the others. I was impressed by the simulation software that Bob Nowoc used to show how the panels would be placed on my roof, how the sun would shine on them in each season, and estimates of how much electricity could be generated. It was the best presentation for a product I had ever seen. He clearly explained the multiple steps necessary for completion of the project. Each step of the process was communicated clearly by the staff. Each step was completed on time as scheduled. The various crews (drone operator, electricians, rack and panel installers ) showed up at their appointed time and worked in a very professional manner. The project moved forward with no delays. They took care of all the permits and inspections. It was simply the best home improvement experience I have ever had.

NC Solar Now is the solar installer to start with and stay with. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My experience was so wonderful because they exceeded my every expectation. I contacted four other solar companies before contacting NC Solar Now and the reason I kept looking is the other four could not or would not answer all my questions. When the sales representative at NC Solar Now didn't know the answer to my questions, she had the Engineer call me and answer all my questions. The Engineer gave me his phone number and said call back if I have any more questions. I'm an Amateur Radio Operator (HAM) and work with electricity and electronics on a regular basis, so my questions were a bit more in depth about the system and each component being used. The Federal Government recently reinstated the 30% rebate for solar (that is dollar for dollar back in your pocket). Duke Energy opened a Solar Rebate Program for installations 90 days back and future installs. NC Solar Now sent me an email about Duke's program and a detailed step by step video guide to complete the application. They also sent the necessary system information needed to apply. The top rating is five stars; and I would like to give NC Solar Now 6 +++ stars. If your not convinced yet, please read the online reviews of other companies and then read NC Solar Now's reviews. The company is local and that is a big plus also. After all the paperwork, the install was completed in one day and clean-up so good you couldn't tell they were here. Save yourself some time and just go solar with NC Solar Now. I'm not easy to impress; but everyone I worked with exceeded my expectations. I'm retired 20yrs USAF, retired 25yrs CSXT locomotive engineer, FAA Certified Flight Instructor (single and multi engine airplane) and more. I did my due diligence on solar and this is a company you can trust. The Enphase app is wonderful for tracking your system.
