NC Solar Now

NC Solar Now is the solar installer to start with and stay with. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My experience was so wonderful because they exceeded my every expectation. I contacted four other solar companies before contacting NC Solar Now and the reason I kept looking is the other four could not or would not answer all my questions. When the sales representative at NC Solar Now didn't know the answer to my questions, she had the Engineer call me and answer all my questions. The Engineer gave me his phone number and said call back if I have any more questions. I'm an Amateur Radio Operator (HAM) and work with electricity and electronics on a regular basis, so my questions were a bit more in depth about the system and each component being used. The Federal Government recently reinstated the 30% rebate for solar (that is dollar for dollar back in your pocket). Duke Energy opened a Solar Rebate Program for installations 90 days back and future installs. NC Solar Now sent me an email about Duke's program and a detailed step by step video guide to complete the application. They also sent the necessary system information needed to apply. The top rating is five stars; and I would like to give NC Solar Now 6 +++ stars. If your not convinced yet, please read the online reviews of other companies and then read NC Solar Now's reviews. The company is local and that is a big plus also. After all the paperwork, the install was completed in one day and clean-up so good you couldn't tell they were here. Save yourself some time and just go solar with NC Solar Now. I'm not easy to impress; but everyone I worked with exceeded my expectations. I'm retired 20yrs USAF, retired 25yrs CSXT locomotive engineer, FAA Certified Flight Instructor (single and multi engine airplane) and more. I did my due diligence on solar and this is a company you can trust. The Enphase app is wonderful for tracking your system.

Once I knew I WAS going to go solar, "NC Solar Now" was one of the few companies I was impressed with. I was looking for customer reviews showing a track-record of integrity... specifically when there's a problem on that steep- pitch roof...because I'm not getting up there! These folks did a good job working as a team...walking me through their planned design, and guiding me through the stages of installation. At one point, I had a preference that appeared unattainable, but these guys kept at it until they got it. I can't say that I've been a customer for years, but they've given me reasons for assurance that they'll be there for me when I need them. My system has done what they said it would do, and I'm pleased with that.

We had a wonderful experience with NC Solar Now! Their process is fast, easy and seamless! We got SEVERAL quotes..they were by far the best price AND they are a local company!! The panels look great and we are pleased with the performance so far! In changing times it is a good idea to go ahead and get solar now! Jesse Solomon was our salesman, top notch customer service!!

This company is amazing. I have dealt with several Solar companies but this is the most professional, customer friendly company I have dealt with. The staff at NC Solar came and did an install of solar cells at the Tesla Powerwall Batteries. I was amazed that they managed to perform all their work while wearing facemasks as well as social distancing. Since the installation they have been available and are very responsive to any questions I have had. I recommend people to contact NC Solar first. Once you discuss your needs with them you will not want to go to anyone else. PS, my bills with the power company for the last 2 months has just been for my connection for the Grid. I have had two power outages in my area and all I have noticed is a flicker of the lights when it occurred. Working from home my computer remained connected to the network :)

From preliminary discussions through install and going live on our solar energy system, the process and interactions with all personnel has been exceptional. Clear communications, milestone timelines were met or early, and the physical installation was completed without issue. Further, this company has reached out multiple times post-installation to check in and answer any questions, which has been quite helpful since this is our first solar energy system. Have already, and will continue to recommend NC Solar Now to others without hesitation.
