Workmanship Warranty

Phoenix Solar Specialists will warranty the installation workmanship for a period 2 years, per the Registrar of Contractors guidelines, including any roof leaks within four (4) inches of PV attachment points. Any and all equipment ie; modules and inverters, installed subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee and/or warranty and not subject to any warranty by Phoenix Solar Specialists. Homeowner(s) agree(s) once the job is completed, inspected, and approved by the Homeowner(s), Homeowner(s) accept(s) the work as having been completed. Such completion, inspection, and approval shall be deemed to have taken place no later than five (5) days after Phoenix Solar Specialists have left the jobsite.

Stay away from this company! Job still not done after 6 months!

If only I could give negative stars. Do NOT hire these people!!!! Do your research and make sure to not hire them under whatever new company name they call themselves in the future as well. They were quick to ask for the last payment as soon as the solar panels were placed (which the loan company said was standard), but 3 months later we are still waiting for them to schedule final walk through with city inspector to get approval to hook up to so we can actually get power. They gave us one date where only their guy showed up who gave some lame excuse that the city inspector didn’t show up due to scheduling mix-up...that was 2 months ago. No further response from the owner Fred who was a little miffed that my husband called him. He said he’d get back to us...still waiting Fred! So we essentially have solar panels on our roof doing absolutely nothing!!!! Thanks Fred! I guess it’s time to call the board of contractors or whatever licensing body they work under as well as BBB.
