Working with Empire Solar was really nice. I had shopped around with other companies and Empire was honest and communicated clearly. They answered my question and got back to me right away. I wanted to install a battery backup with my system and Empire was supportive while the other companies tried to discourage it. The pricing was very fair and competitive. After deciding to go with Empire, they kept me up to speed with the progress of the project. Getting the permits completed by Central Hudson took a while and was frustrating but once the permits were done, they worked long days to get the job done before the end of the year. I have a ground mounted system with a battery backup. The electrician was conscientious of what I'd want connected to my battery. They even cleaned up after they were done the job. Since installation in December, we've generated enough of our own electricity every month that we're not paying Central Hudson's exorbitant rates. I'd recommend Empire Solar for all your solar needs.

Excellent job. Did a fantastic job and even did some extra electrical tasks that weren't part of the solar install. A little hard to get ahold of at times, but I'd still recommend them to anyone.
