Brooklyn SolarWorks

I was asking different solar installation companies and I either got a “ no we don’t do such a small project” or “ we don’t do a flat roof” answer. Some other companies I consulted also did not have many customers’ reviews that I can read about. When I found Brooklyn Solarworks, I knew I didn’t have to look further. They have so many positive reviews and great track record. They answered all of my questions and they took time to understand what I needed. They are not limited to just servicing Brooklyn. They also specialize in putting solar panels on canopy. They are versatile.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Brooklyn SolarWorks. They made a complicated process (several different options for system size and payment on our unusually sized roof) incredibly easy to understand, and answered all our questions with patience and care. We've had our system for nearly a year and only had to pay for electricity these last two months of winter. Next year, we're looking forward to not paying for electricity at all!

They were so easy to work with. Even asked me what color I wanted the conduit painted. The completed the entire project in less than one day and cleaned up perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them!

Brooklyn Solarworks did a fantastic job installing solar panels on the roof of our Brooklyn brownstone. They did all the paperwork to get us the tax credits that were available at the time. The system has worked incredibly well, and they monitor it and have contacted me the one time the system it seemed like the system failed (it was a WiFi problem.

The sales part, permitting, helping explaining financing was all excellent. The system was installed and connected to the grid faster than expected. The reason why I’m only rating 3/5 is that I’ve had a small issue with the consumption part in the enphase app not being correct. It seems to be an issue with the CT clamps(?). I spoke with the PM and told him about the issue on 6/13. He said sometimes it does that and to give it 24-48 hours. On 6/15 I left a message that I was still having the problem. No response On 6/17 I called the main office line and they took my name and message and the PM will call me back. No response. 6/18 called the main number again and PM just popped into a meeting he’ll call me back. Finally got a call back and he said they pushed a software update and give it 24-48 hours. I believe here they just reversed polarity issue. 6/20 called the PM again and left another message. No response 6/26 called again…… also tried calling main number both no answer. Look I get that you’re busy but what if I had a real problem? Can I expect this type of treatment as well?? I really wish someone would follow up without me having to leave a bad review to get your attention.

Brooklyn solar works seem focused on Brooklyn flat roofs and I liked their vibe. Great job. Making electricity!
