Brooklyn SolarWorks installed a residential system on my home in Bed-Stuy, and I had a very positive experience working with them. Their team was highly responsive throughout the process, and the installation crew did excellent work on-site. Solar in NYC comes with a lot of complexity—permitting, utility coordination, and working within tight urban constraints—and Brooklyn SolarWorks handled those challenges smoothly. That gave me a lot of confidence, and I felt comfortable trusting them with my home. While their pricing was higher than some other quotes I received, I ultimately chose them because I believed they would manage the process end-to-end and deliver a high-quality system. In my view, that was the right decision. I expect the system to provide solid long-term value, and I’m glad I went with a team that prioritizes quality and execution.

Brooklyn SolarWorks provided a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. They were extremely responsive to my questions, and the installation went as smoothly as can be expected when putting a few thousand pounds of equipment on a roof. There were a few minor issues after installation, but all were resolved with no hassle. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the electrical team for quality of work, speed, and customer service. Can highly recommend Brooklyn Solar. Installed last October, our solar panels have performed exactly as promised — and now that the spring sun has finally arrived, happy to report the ConEd bills have shrunk to basically nil. The entire BSW team was never anything less than completely professional through the whole process. A special shout-out to Chadd, who led both the survey and the installation— and worked expertly around an idiosyncratic 115-year old house. Couldn’t be happier!
