TED- The Energy Detective

We have two of these systems. We've had several problems, where the communication doesn't work and the data is missing. The current seller acquired the product from the original company. They have refused to support the product. It's conceptually a terrific product...but it's very unreliable and customer support is almost non-existent. I'd definitely not advise buying this product because it's very likely you're going to have ongoing problems that'll plague you until you just give up on it. find a different solution...this one is no good.
