I called to determine how to best install an EV charger on my solar system. The consult gave me options I hadn't considered. I was able to get the charging system installed that worked perfectly for us. Great service and expertise from Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy.

Here’s my opinion… stop what you’re doing and take your business somewhere else. I made the mistake of purchasing solar through these people and I’ve never had a worse experience buying anything. From start to finish this entire experience was a nightmare. Shopping for caskets is more enjoyable than dealing with these people. If North Korea starting selling solar panels, I would buy from them before these people. If the Taliban started selling solar panels…. Well, you get the point. If you’re looking for competence, integrity, professionalism, etc, then keep looking elsewhere. Just my opinion.

I had purchased my own solar equipment, and reached out to many companies to install it. Most would not do the work, unless I bought their equipment, and other companies were not as helpful as I needed. This whole team at Rocky Mountain Renewable was great to work with. Skilled, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and requirements, and just kind people. They set clear expectations of work, permits, and costs. And followed up with me on even small details, such as whether I was able to properly access the monitoring app. My panels are working great. The physical and electrical components are functional and aesthetic. I am very glad to have worked with this team.

We decided on solar in the spring and we were producing power by the end of July. The salesman went over several options, pricing and financing. Dharma continues to be our go-to guy for any questions or to resolve things. Techs installing panels were polite, clean and did an excellent job. Electricians worked hard to overcome several obstacles to get the system on line. We had a glitch when they accidentally hit the AC line during one of the hottest summers on record, but RMRE immediately stepped up to get the system repaired and back working. We think they did a splendid job and are anxious to get that first power bill to see how effective are our panels. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Renewable Energy to anyone interested in solar.

RMRE installed solar panels this fall. I signed the contract on July 11 and the system went live Nov 1. The panel installers were nice and efficient. They consulted me about the best place for the panels. The electricians were also courteous and great workers. My only annoyance was about the length of time between contract and the system coming alive. However, it was due to South Ogden taking time to issue the permit and later to Rocky Mountain Power updating my old outside electrical panel and wires. I appreciated that RMRE took all the paper work in charge. I knew that I had to update my electrical system and it would have been complicated for me to navigate through the process. In any case, the system is working well and I appreciate the knowledge and courteousness of the people at RMRE.

Brian Adams is one of the most honest people I know. I love the system he put in at my home. Not only that he has saved me a lot on my tax credits for the next couple of years. If anyone is in the market give them a call. Best company.
