Venture Solar

I chose Venture Solar to install my system in the spring of 2023. The installation process was smooth and easy and my system has overproduced from the original expectations. Would highly reccomend them to anyone considering solar!

Mitch Jaff is a third party broker. Is dishonest and it's taking advantage of my wife and me we're both disabled. He sells ventures products and presents himself as an employee venture. This is totally wrong venture is a great company I deal with John John is a project manager he's been more than helpful. Even though it's Jeff comes across he represents venture he does not in any way shape or form ventures tried to help me. But Mitch still blocks them and does not honor his contracts I am on the palliative care and my wife is not doing well we only bought solar to try and make our lives a little bit better thank goodness for venture they have really gone above board to help me out but they can only do so much cuz Mitch Jaff does not on his contracts or take care of his customers so beware of him if his name is mentioned anywhere do not deal with him

If you are shopping for solar panels, please stay AWAY from Venture Solar. I'm going to "sum up" my experience with them. Installation/Pre-installation: While inspecting my attic, one of the workers sat on a sprinkler pipe causing the sprinkler head to pop down through the ceiling. I told him when it happened. He attempted to push it back up but it didn't work. After no follow up, I contacted the company to correct this issue. They didn't fix it until after the installation was done (4 months or so). During installation, the workers were unprofessional. Some were walking around my house with a cigarette hanging out their mouth, using poor language, etc. Once the system was installed, they turned it on in March. I noticed I wasn't capturing very much solar and thought it was the time of year. After calling, they sent someone out to take a look. The worker told me half of the solar panels weren't even plugged in. They corrected that. Issue still remained, I was not getting very much solar. Someone emailed me stating that it was because of the trees around my property. I honestly have 1 tree on the property that is not even in the way of sunlight to my panels. They sent someone back out to check out the system. Low and behold, the inverter wasn't working properly. By the time the system was functioning properly, it was the end of August. I went almost 6 months not banking any solar power, paying the monthly installment, PLUS I had to pay for the electricity I used because I wasn't generating even a 1/3 of what they system should have. My monthly bills were $179 for the panels, plus anywhere between $125-$225 for electricity. I complained about this to Venture Solar. They passed the buck stating it wasn't their responsibility to reimburse me for any power. They told me to call Posigen, which is the company that financed the panels. Venture Solar wouldn't contact anyone or reimburse me for all the power I missed out on. I called Posigen and had to explain the whole story to them on what has happened. They stated they aren't responsible for any missed solar, but will "look into" reimbursement for some of the electric bill. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I worked with Adam Strumpf of Venture Solar, he's the VP of Operations. He wouldn't give me info of who to speak with above him, I assume that's because he probably didn't want his boss knowing the disaster this company created and couldn't manage. This is what happened in my experience, I hope you're smart enough to look elsewhere!

I took bids from multiple outfits and did decide on Venture but what a nightmare! I'm in collections and my credit is effected along with zero accountability of my srecs (overage). Simply put ever solar company is hustling hard to use your house to make money for themselves. They're happy go lucky to sell you the world but after you sign the contract and they get paid you can't get any sort of customer service what so ever. The loan is thru a third party so once they get paid they wash their hands to any sort of service. Watch out for Arturo sales manager who will low ball all your quoted numbers verbally and assume your imaginary tax break super high inciting you into the project. I'd name my sales rep but he left the company very quickly after a short employment with Venture. I will say installer were great but the root of my problems all comes from Corp. My nightmare continues after over a year and no solution in sight -Update July 2024 I received final word that there will be no resolution, after a year of back and forth! I knew the outcome as I stated above Venture was paid so why would they care. My srecs still outstanding as well which they sell during monthly payment consultation. I will move forward with my lawyers now... Stay tuned for more updates and in the mean time avoid this solar company until further notice. Hope this helps all Solar shoppers

The installation process was very pleasant and the Muffin Men did a great job of keeping us informed though out the entire project. They did a great job of making sure I was happy with how things were put on the house. I give this group of installers an A+and recommend them to do your installation.

Nicolas and Arron did a great installation without any hassles. They explained how the system works. Even though they were here most of the day they were not in the way and were very polite and courteous. They explained what to expect for the next steps which was an inspection and service. I give them a 5 star review
