EFS Energy

I contacted EFS Energy for a solar panel bid in January 2022. Over the course of the next few months I worked with the company to find a price and system that would work for our needs. For my 999 sq. ft. house, we settled on a 5kW system. Missouri has net metering so it didn't make sense at this time to get a battery backup. They installed 14 - 355w LG Neon 2 panels and a SMS Sunny Boy 3.8 inverter. I worked with Jeremy during the whole process. He was great at getting their quote and walking me through the entire process. The installation team was top notch and did a fantastic job putting everything up onto the roof and installing the electrical. It was a very professional job and looks nice. A few days after the panels were installed and turned on I noticed that the system was not producing as much energy as they said it would. I called EFS and within a couple days they had two employees at my house trying to fix the problem. Turns out during the final county inspection, something had come loose. The workers had it back up and running in a half hour. Overall, I'm very happy about the service that EFS provided and the 10 year warranty that they give to new systems.
