The installation was mixed. They sold themselves as an old-fashioned Mom and Pop company totally committed to customer care. But a couple years late when my computer crashed — meaning the read head crashed into the the hard drive, totally destroying the drive — I called them 12 times asked for a duplicate hard drive so I could install the software you get with new panels, but never got my it. I even wrote them a letter ask for the software. No response. Besides that, when they hired other contractors to install conduits, they other company broke 37 ROOF TILES because they don't know how to walk on tiled roofs. The repair/replacement by a competent man cost $700, but despite sending them pictures of the damaged tiles and the bill I cost, I never received a dime from Solar Solution. If I had it to do it all over, I'd get an established company with good reviews, not these schmucks. Jim Farrell

I highly recommend this company, fast response via email, phone They were able to set battery’s profiles correctly via Solar Edge systems, to the most efficient profile to maximize battery use vs grid. Fixed profile issues from original installer couldn’t handle

Have had solar for little over a year, power bill is still 100+ a month payment is still 158$. Refinanced my home, had to pay a 200$ fee to take off lean on the solar panels, to refinance.. trying to get info for discount for solar, nobody answers the phone.
