Freedom Solar, LLC is a family owned and operated business founded in September of 2012. The founders have been serving New York and surrounding states since 1971. Our team has been committed to promoting energy independence with installation of solar electric systems for the past 13 years, with over 200 systems installed during that time. These systems range in size from residential systems to large commercial systems. We take pride in our approach, taking a solar system from initial design all the way through the installation and interconnection with the utility company. We have installers that are nationally certified by NABCEP and we do not hire subcontractors. We also execute all of the paperwork involved with the NYSERDA PON 2112 solar incentive program, which provides cash incentives to the residential and commercial sector to assist with installation costs
