Not suitable for domestic off grid

High internal impedance - turn on the kettle 2kW the volts at the battery terminals drop significantly, so by the time the inverter compensates, you get a brown out. Sealed lead acid can deliver more power with lower internal impedance. I worked with the support staff fir twelve months to resolve, never could, it was the batteries. Due to the internal impedance you cannot put lots of charge into the batteries. There was one technical update provided to increase the charge volts to compensate. This will boil the batteries. Battery lasted under two years. company filed for bankruptcy when all the first round of claims would have come through. I think these batteries would be okay for an application with a slow drain and a slow charge, not suitable for a domestic off grid system running kettles, toasters, air cons. Also the round trip efficiencies are lower than the specs sheet. I had a 24 kWh battery and used about 7kWh overnight . I have no experience with Energysage themselves, just the Aquion batteries.
