Poor Customer Service

I had Byers remove my 26 solar panels to put a new roof and gutters on my house. They reinstalled my solar system back on my roof in Dec 2023. Now 6 month later my whole solar system is down. I called Byers Solar to have them troubleshoot the issue. They sent 2 people out, they checked my circuits stating they are not receiving AC. Went on top of my roof checked wiring in junction box, replaced 2 wire terminations that they said were loose then checked circuits again. Still not working, so they said they did not know what was wrong with it. They said I would get a call back Tuesday as Monday was a holiday in May. I have not heard a word from this company since May. I got ghosted! Very disappointed in the solar part of this company after all the money I spent for a brand new roof and gutters.
