Workmanship Warranty

25-year manufacturer product and performance warranties on panels and inverters — Tesla systems qualify for a 25-year labor warranty when installed by a Tesla Certified Solar Professional, which we are. Roofing is installed as a complete Owens Corning system with extended warranties available only through Owens Corning Preferred and Platinum contractors, including 10-year workmanship coverage. Every OC Solar installation carries
our own workmanship warranty, 24/7 system monitoring, and manufacturer warranties that remain valid no matter what for 25 years on solar and 10 years on batteries.

What a wonderful company. Professionalism from start to finish. Like most people I was looking for a good price on Solar. I got 3 quotes; one was very expensive, one was moderately priced and one was inexpensive. I needed a 15 panel system and I wanted a unit that would leave the smallest footprint on my home. OC Solar came through in an awesome way ! A Tesla Powerwall 3, a new power panel & 15 panels and you really have to look for them or you wouldn’t notice them at all. Thank you for a job well done OC Solar.

Excellent Experience

OC Solar did an outstanding job with my installation. All of their interactions were conducted professionally, and their internal processes reflected a very well run company - timely, thorough, clear. My sales rep, Don Robbins, went above and beyond, even returning calls on the weekend. Installation went smoothly and on time. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

Very Reliable

OC Solar was very professional from our first phone consultation to completion. their pricing was competitive, they explained everything to me in detail, and answered all of my questions. The job was completed ahead of schedule and afterwards they were available to assist with the app and answer any questions that I might have. highly recommended.

Expectations met!

OC Solar rescued us from one of the most horrible experiences we've ever had with a company. We started our journey with ECE111 Solar just before the NEM cutoff. They were horrible and after a monthslong process and ZERO completed, we almost had to sue them to return our money and cancel the project. Chris and OC Solar stepped up and took on the project. That meant, trying to get the NEM 2.0 transferred over. Which thankfully SDG&E allowed, due to our situation. OC Solar went from start to finish with such professionalism it was amazing. They stayed in contact every step of the way. Everything went exactly as it had been laid out to us. We are now permitted and up and running. We can't say enough about OC Solar. Don't hesitate to use them for whatever you need.
