I recently had Alternative Energy Southeast install solar panels on my roof. The process from the sales to the installation was seamless. Steven Sutherland, my salesman, has been very easy to deal with and as friendly and accommodating as anyone could be. The installation team was professional and answered all my questions and completed the work leaving no mess anywhere in my yard. The team continue to work with me with Georgia Power to get the system turned on as quickly as possible. I am currently waiting to have my Tesla Power walls installed which should be soon, and I expect that installation and activation will go seamless as well. I highly recommend Alternative Energy Southeast.

I so appreciate how AES has handled my solar project. Sales staff were helpful, thorough and willing to walk me through the process without pressure to buy. I first received a quote for the work four years before I ended up buying. Like I said, there was no pressure, just willingness to help me evaluate what I needed. Secondly, the installation crew were great. Work was skillful, crew were polite, communicative and pleasant to have at our home. There were unanticipated on-site changes to the installation that needed to be made. These were handled expertly and without extra cost to me. Greatly appreciated! It truly was a turnkey installation, from obtaining the project permits through to obtaining final PTO (permission to operate) from the power company. Thirdly, communication from the office was good. Often, contractors don't communicate well with their customers. You don't know whether they are coming or going. However, AES kept me informed throughout the process. They returned my calls. There were delays - aren't there always! But AES kept me up-to-date on developments of the project. In summary, I doubt you could do better than AES for your solar project.

They are a quality outfit. I bought a system from them for my house after serious discussions with them. I particularly appreciated that they didn’t try to oversize the system— we looked carefully at the modeling for ROI and ended up with a system that will rarely (if ever) try to sell power back to the grid. This is definitely the best investment for the homeowner. (Run the numbers yourself!) They didn’t try to sell me a battery (it adds resilience, but it’s a very expensive way to power your house). So far, it’s installed, running, and doing… exactly what they said it would do at this time of year. Nice work. I’d recommend them to anyone.
